Material manufacturers who festinate solar shift -Development Trend Analysis by XLUS

Material manufacturers have shifted to production of the material for solar cells with rapid demand decline of a LCD panel etc. Resinous film called a sealer besides the power products called a cel and the protection film called a back sheets are needed for a solar cells. Kuraray is a thing that supply of encapsulant is enlarged sharply and LINTEC does its company production of the good back sheet in the U.S. subsidiary. In addition to encapsulate production increases, Mitsui Chemicals has announced entering the back sheets. About the encapsulant, the related company of Mitsui Chemicals and Bridgestone are assuming two or so aspects. For the moment, a patent of Kuraray and C.I. Although Toppan Printing has licensed basic patents from DuPont, it is building a siege by their own patents. Although patent of LINTEC’s U.S. subsidiary of having developed new material is not seen for the moment, it will distinguish itself from now on. These materials are demanded for the much more improvement in functional and low-pricing although it is the sealing agent and back sheet in which demand is quickly heightening with expansion of the solar cell market. Where is the company which also clears such a demand and can ride on wave of marketing expansion best? It can be said that the bird’s-eye view of the encampment battle by patent is one leading judgment material other than a report.
